Oh the most wonderful time of the year (for me that is). My favourite sabbat is Yule where we celebrate the rebirth and the return of the sun. At the Winter Solstice we reach the depth of that darkness with the longest night of the year. Darkness has reached its peak. The sun stands still and everyone waits for the turning. With the end of the longest night the dark is defeated with the return of the sun, the return of light, hope and promise. The Goddess gives birth to the Sun God. The Sun begins to wax and the days grow longer. This is the Sun's birthday! And it really is time to celebrate!

This is the festival of light out of darkness and the tradition of lighting candles is very popular. I’ve chosen the colour red to symbolise the returning of the sun. The fragrance is a zesty, uplifting fusion of citrus, orange and lemon while the heart of jasmine and fresh pine is embraced by the warmth of cinnamon, clove and ginger. The candle is infused with a Red Jasper crystal to rectify unjust situations and grounds energy. Brings problems to light and provides insights into difficult situations.

Use this candle in magick to bring light in your life or to just infuse your space with this uplifting fragrance.

Caution: Please use your candle with care and never leave an open flame unattended. Aways remove the large dried flowers from the top of the candle before lighting. Do not leave a burning candle unattended. Do not burn for longer than 4 hours. Do not let the candle burn to the bottom of the container. Trim the wick before re lighting.

Comes in a 250ml recyclable tin, burns for approximately 40 hours.
